The Way To Judge The Quality Of Tires

How to improve tire quality and reduce failure rate has been the goal of major manufacturers for many years. Tire quality problems are manifested in the serious appearance of the car tire, the shoulder drum, and the serious wear of the outer surface of the tire.

(1) From the perspective of the pattern, the pattern is not wear-resistant.

(2) Use a hardness tester to measure 600-9 at 75 degrees, and 650-10 at 65 degrees or less, indicating that there are two reasons for too much sulfur in the tire, which is caused by stuffing the tank or prematurely during the vulcanization process.

(3) Further analysis, the material used may be incorrect, such as N220 carbon black instead of N330, the material used is wrong.

(4) When the tread is extruded, the wrong rubber number is used, the tread rubber is not used, or the mixing ratio is too large.

(5) If there is a large area, the performance of the formulation may not meet the requirements, or the technical implementation of curing time may be too short or too long.
