The 12th China (Guangrao) International Rubber Tire and Auto Accessory Exhibition Organizing situation

From September 8 to 10, 2021, the 12th China (Guangrao) International Rubber Tire and Auto Parts Exhibition was successfully held in Guangrao International Expo Center. In order to actively respond to the impact of the new coronavirus epidemic, this exhibition was held in the form of online, using the Internet to live broadcast, focusing on the global rubber tire, auto parts industry of high-tech and products, to achieve the goal of building an international trade platform, guide the tire industry innovation and development. The exhibition has grown into a world-renowned professional tire exhibition and a well-known technical exchange and trade cooperation platform for the global rubber tire industry, and has made positive contributions to the international development of Shandong Province and even China's rubber tire industry.

First,general infomation of the exhibition

The exhibition is sponsored by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the People's Government of Shandong Province, the Shandong Committee of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the People's Government of Dongying City, and the People's Government of Guangrao County, the Dongying Committee of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the Shandong Tire Chamber of Commerce of China International Chamber of Commerce are responsible for the specific implementation.With the theme of "Bright brand, win-win development", the exhibition uses the official website of the exhibition and wechat public account, video account, Douyin account as the carrier to build an integrated platform for simultaneous live broadcast on PC and mobile terminals, and holds activities such as opening ceremony, brand overseas promotion, online exhibition hall, live broadcast promotion, and concurrent forum. Integrating online display, enterprise promotion, supply and acquisition docking, online negotiation, and industry exchanges, it has built interactive platforms such as cloud display, cloud negotiation, cloud docking, and cloud transaction for domestic and foreign enterprises and merchants, created a large number of industry business opportunities, and achieved "double improvement" in quality and effectiveness.

Second, the new features of the exhibition

Improve the function of the platform, and promote the integrated development of exhibition and live broadcasting. The official website of the exhibition was redesigned to comprehensively optimize and enhance the audience's experience and interaction. At the same time, with the help of new media such as Tiktok and wechat, the exhibition and live broadcasting platform are pre-exhibition and in-exhibition drainage to enhance the attention of the exhibition in real time. Among them, the online exhibition hall has accumulated more than 150,000 online page views since its launch, creating an online service platform that is not limited by form, scale, region and participation mode, and a total of more than 700 enterprises have realized online display. Covering Goodyear (USA), Dunlop (Japan), Horse brand (Germany), Nexans (South Korea) and other more than 40 global tire 75 and World Top 500 companies. The live promotion of enterprises attracted 240,000 people to participate in the live interaction, and the peak number of online users exceeded 20,000, which helped enterprises realize online publicity and promotion of new products, seek business cooperation opportunities, and expand sales channels, and was unanimously recognized and praised by all parties.

Expand promotion channels to help domestic and foreign enterprises to achieve supply and demand. As the first pilot area of the "Overseas Travel of Chinese Brand Enterprises" activity, Dongying City has been committed to cultivating and building brand excellence on a global scale. With the "online exhibition" platform, according to the actual supply and demand of both sides, the ZOOM platform was used to hold three tire brand promotion activities in RCEP member states, Russia-Kazakhstan, Brazil, a special promotion activity for Russian auto parts brands, and 2021 Shandong Tire brand overseas promotion action - into Dubai special promotion meeting. Through accurate online matching, Chinese and foreign parties conducted efficient and high-quality exchanges on industrial status, competitive products, and marketing policies. The event attracted more than 150 domestic and foreign tire auto parts companies and dealers to actively participate, including more than 70 well-known overseas enterprises such as Toyota Tsusho Co., LTD., to achieve more than 400 "one-to-one" docking between China and foreign countries. Through a series of tire auto parts brand promotion activities, a new trade exchange platform channel has been built under the new situation, effectively promoting rubber tire enterprises to seize foreign trade opportunities, and further enhance the international influence and competitiveness of the brand.

We will build Bridges of communication and promote the innovative development of competitive industries. With the theme of "brand casting", "Internet + tire" and "intelligent manufacturing upgrade", 10 theme summits were held, and industry professionals and front-line practitioners were invited to conduct keynote discussions and exchanges on current hot topics such as the impact of the epidemic on the tire industry under the new situation, "dual carbon" strategy, and talent problems, and promote the latest industry development ideas and advanced practices. Provide intellectual support for enterprise reform, and jointly lead the high-quality development of the tire industry. 2021 China (Guangrao) International Rubber Tire Technology Development Conference and the Third Industrial Science and Technology Forum brought together a number of guests from the political, business, academic and research circles across the country to conduct in-depth discussions on scientific and technological innovation drive, the current economic situation, tire research and development frontier technology and other fields, jointly analyze the industrial development trend, and lead enterprises to expand the market, educate new machines, and open new bureaux. Promote industrial transformation and upgrading through technological innovation

Third,The exhibition exchanges fruitful results 

Up to now, the exhibition has facilitated more than 120 trade intention orders, and the intended transaction amount is nearly 3 billion yuan. Among them, during the enterprise live promotion, 24 industry leading enterprises such as Mainland (Germany), Nexans (South Korea), Huasheng Rubber, Yongsheng Rubber, Guizhou Tire conducted online product display, new product release, brand promotion, and realized the intended transaction amount of 2.6 billion yuan; During the overseas promotion of the brand, Hengfeng Group, Double Star Group, Wanda Baotong Tire, Huasheng Group, Jinyu Tire, Xintu Tire, Fangxing Tire and other well-known domestic enterprises harvested more than 120 intended customers on site. 2021 Shandong Tire brand overseas promotion action - into Dubai special promotion meeting to promote a total of 25 trade intention orders, the intended transaction amount of 40 million US dollars.

Fourth,The brand influence of the exhibition continues to increase

The organizing committee of this exhibition in strict accordance with the standards of the Global Exhibition Industry Association, focused on the global rubber tire, auto parts industry of high-tech and products, the exhibition content is more rich, higher degree of internationalization. Wechat, Douyin and other video platforms and the official website of the tire exhibition were widely used during the exhibition, becoming the main carrier to participate in the exhibition, and the number of live visits reached more than 400,000 people. 65 domestic news media including Xinhua News Agency, Guangming Daily, Economic Daily, Hong Kong Business Daily, China Industry News, Xinhuanet, Dazhong Daily, Shandong TV Station, Dazhong Network, Shandong Network, Qilu network, Dongying Daily, Dongying TV Station, Yellow Triangle Morning Post and overseas media such as Malaysia (China News) and Bazhong News Agency conducted multi-angle interviews and reports on the exhibition.

This exhibition has further built a bridge and platform for enterprise exchanges and cooperation, and promoted the transformation of the rubber tire industry to large-scale, intelligent, high-end and green direction. In the next step, we will continue to focus on the theme of "cast bright brand, win-win development", deeply practice the purpose of the exhibition "service industry, build a platform", further expand and strengthen the exhibition trade platform, and constantly expand the influence of the exhibition.
